Based on data to study acupoint and operation rules of pricking bloodletting in treating acute gouty arthritis
[Objective]To study acupoint and operation rules of pricking bloodletting therapy for gout arthritis based on data.[Methods]Collected acupoint and operation methods of bloodletting therapy for gout from databases,enter them to TCMISS(V2.5),and adopt data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rules and complex system entropy clustering,to analyze the rule of pricking bloodletting therapy for gout arthritis.[Results]We retrieved 1 219 pieces of articles totally,after establishing inclusion/exclusion criteria and screening,we finally filtered out 326 pieces of prescriptions.There involved 112 acupuncture points.The most frequently used acupoints are:ashi point,taichong point,local collaterals,xingjian point,neiting point.Finally received 14 groups of general acupoints and 7 groups of new recipes,and summarized the operation methods.[Conclusion]Many of them chose points in nearby location and jing points,mainly with acupoints of the liver,spleen and stomach lines.Three-edged needles are used for appliances,usually combined with cupping therapy.The amount of bleeding was in the range of 1～5 mL.The treatment frequency is usually once two days,with the course of treatment between seven to fourteen days.The treatment is based on invigorating spleen and kidney,activating blood circulation,dissipating dampness and removing stasis to relief pain.
