Research progress of classical prescriptions of Xiebai San and predictive analysis on its quality marker
Xiebai San is from Key to Therapeutics of Pediatric Disease written by QIAN Yi in the Song Dynasty.It has the efficacy of clearing heat,moistening the lung,calm panting and suppressing cough,clinically used for preventing pyretic pulmonary disease.In this study,it provides an overview of the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Xiebai San.Additionally,we applied the"five principles"of traditional Chinese medicine to predict its quality marker(Q-Marker).According to findings,mulberroside A,kuwanon G,morusin,kukoamine B,kukoamine A,liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid could be served as the Q-Marker of Xiebai San.These results provide a valuable reference for enhancing the quality evaluation and control system of Xiebai San.
