4型心肾综合征是由慢性肾功能不全引起的心功能损伤的一组临床综合征.结合 4型心肾综合征的临床表现,可将其归属于"水气病""心悸""喘证""胸痹"等中医疾病范畴.而水气内停贯穿于 4型心肾综合征全程,患者多以水肿、喘憋为主诉就诊.文章以水气内停病机为切入点,分阶段辨证施治,采用益气行水、温阳利水、活血利水、攻逐利水、泄浊解毒等标本兼治之法,通利水气,以期为中医临床治疗 4型心肾综合征拓展思路.
Discussion on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment ideas of type 4 cardiorenal syndrome based on"shuiqi internal stop"
Type 4 cardiorenal syndrome(CRS)is a group of clinical syndromes with cardiac impairment caused by chronic renal insufficiency.Combined with the clinical manifestations of type 4 CRS,it can be classified as a category of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diseases such as"disease of Shuiqi""palpitations""asthma""chest arthralgia"and so on.The shuiqi internal stop runs through the whole process of type 4 CRS,and edema and wheezing are often the main complaints and the most urgent problems to be solved by patients.This paper takes the shuiqi internal stop machine as the starting point,and implements the treatment in stages,and adopts the combination of yiqi xingshui,wenyang lishui,huoxue lishui,gongzhu lishui,turbidity-draining and toxin-removing,in order to tongli shuiqi to broaden the clinical treatment ideas of TCM of type 4 CRS diagnosis.
