Study on recurrence of endometriosis after conservative operation
Endometriosis is a refractory chronic disease.Laparoscopic endometrial cyst removal is the first choice of conservative surgery for endometriosis.However,endometriosis is very easy to recur after conservative surgery.At present,there is no consensus on the characteristics,definition of recurrence and the effect of secondary prevention,and the recurrence factors are also unknown.The author analyzed and discussed the current research situation of endometriosis recurrence at home and abroad by sorting out the relevant research on postoperative recurrence of endometriosis in recent 20 years,in order to provide new ideas for the research and treatment of endometriosis recurrence.
