Multicenter consistency evaluation of Guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine:enuresis in children
[Objective]To evaluate the clinical consistency of the protocol in the Guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine:enuresis in children from multiple dimensions such as diagnosis,treatment,prevention and care,and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]A total of 205 children with enuresis were collected from 10 tertiary hospitals in different regions as evaluation agencies,and the case investigation and analysis method were used for statistical analysis.[Results]The clinical application of enuresis in children was consistent with the content of the guidelines,and compared with the non-guidelines,the children treated with the guidelines achieved better efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The guidelines for pediatric enuresis are consistent with clinical practice,and have guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of children with enuresis,which is worthy of promotion.
