Precocious puberty is one of the common endocrine diseases in pediatric.This paper is based on the physiological and pathological functions of liver and spleen,combined with the unique physiological characteristics of children to clarify the etiology and pathogenesis of precocious puberty.Advocating targeted diagnosis and treatment of the disease from the liver and spleen alone or in collaboration,summarizing the corresponding treatment methods.It is expected to provide benefits for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the effective prevention and treatment of precocious puberty,and take the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and cure the disease.
