Theoretical analysis of Jinhua Qinggan Granules in the treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019
Jinhua Qinggan Granule was developed in the epidemic period of influenza(H1N1),and its formulation is mainly composed of the classic prescription yinqiao powder and Maxing Shigantang Decoction.The pathogenesis is the internal dryness and wind heat attack the lungs,and anemarrhena asphodeloides is the punchline of the formulation,which plays the effect of strengthening yin and guarding wei.Jinhua Qinggan Granules have shown high clinical efficacy in the prevention and treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).In the prevention and treatment of mild cases of COVID-19,the main syndrometypes targeted by Jinhua Qinggan Granules are:dry latent taiyin,dry and wet,and wei qi co-morbidity,which further emphasizes the importance of the pathogenesis of dry and latent in the pathogenesis of influenza and provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of influenza in the future.
