基于Nrf2/ARE信号通路探讨中药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的研究进展

氧化应激是由于氧化与抗氧化失衡引起的 1 种状态,可能会导致严重的细胞损伤,在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的进展和恶化过程中起推动作用.NF-E2相关因子 2(Nrf2)/抗氧化反应原件(ARE)信号通路是人体维持氧化还原平衡最重要的抗氧化信号通路之一.大量的研究显示,中药通过激活Nrf2 相关的信号通路在COPD的预后以及肺功能的改善等方面均表现出有效性,但是中药基于Nrf2/ARE信号通路治疗COPD的作用机制缺乏总结和探讨.文章综述了近年来Nrf2/ARE信号通路的研究概况以及基于Nrf2治疗慢阻肺的中药研究进展,旨在为中医药防治COPD的临床及基础研究提供思路.
Research progress on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease based on the Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway
Oxidative stress is a state caused by an imbalance between oxidation and antioxidant defense,which can lead to severe cellular damage and play a driving role in the progression and deterioration of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).The NF-E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)/antioxidant response element(ARE)signaling pathway is one of the most important antioxidant signaling pathways in the human body for maintaining redox balance.Numerous studies have shown the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in improving the prognosis of COPD and lung function by activating Nrf2-related signaling pathways.However,there is a lack of summarization and discussion regarding the mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in COPD treatment based on the Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway.Therefore,this article provides an overview of recent research on the Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway and the research progress of TCM in the treatment of COPD based on Nrf2,aiming to provide insights for clinical and basic research on the prevention and treatment of COPD using TCM.
