Application of Ground LIDAR in 3D Scene Modeling of Landslide Disaster
In order to obtain the 3D coordinates of the adjacent railway landslide quickly, realize the purpose of rapid response and timely treatment of landslide disaster.Taking the landslide at the exit of Shangzhuang Tunnel of Baoji-Lanzhou High-speed Railway as an example, the ground LIDAR technology was used to optimize the arrangement of scanning stations to achieve the maximum scanning range and ensured the overlapping degree between adjacent stations, the point cloud data of landslide and its surrounding features were obtained by non-target scanning. In the software of RiSCAN PRO,the overlapped point clouds between adjacent scanning stations were used for stitching processing. The stitching accuracy of point clouds was 6.9 mm,which met the requirements of 3D modeling and topographic map making. The 3D scene model could be measured by scanning station coordinate and panoramic image, through registration, coordinate transformation, texture affixing, polygon fitting and surface smoothing, etc.,it provided convenience for making auxiliary topographic map and railway landslide disaster treatment. The study shows that the 3D scene model of railway landslide can be built quickly by using the ground LIDAR technology without target scanning, which has the advantages of all-time,all-weather,high precision, high density and no contact,it breaks the limitation of traditional manual survey, improves the work efficiency, reduces the risk of field survey, and accumulates experience for the same type of geological hazard data acquisition and treatment.
