铁路长大隧道横向贯通精度预计仿真计算软件设计

目前隧道横向贯通精度预计方法仅考虑方向、距离观测误差的影响,而忽视平面控制测量过程中其他多源观测误差以及测量网形等因素的影响,其结果往往与实测结果偏差较大.为了准确高效地预计长大隧道横向贯通精度,首先全面分析洞内外控制测量与进洞联系测量中测角误差、测距误差、方位角误差与对中误差等对横向贯通误差预计结果的影响,再基于影响因素的分析结果,分别进行软件的需求分析、结构设计、功能设计与业务流程设计,利用计算机模拟仿真方法设计一套顾及多源观测误差影响的横向贯通精度预计仿真计算软件.经工程验证,该软件可获得综合影响下的横向贯通误差预计结果,并可应用于隧道平面控制测量方案的设计及优化.
Design of Simulation and Calculation Software for Predicting the Accuracy of Transverse Transfixion in Railway Long Tunnels
The current methods for predicting the lateral through accuracy of transverse transfixion generally only consider the influence of directional and distance observation errors,while neglecting the effects of other multi-source observation errors and measurement network factors in the plane control measurement process.The predicting results often deviate significantly from the actual measurement results.In order to accurately and efficiently predict the accuracy of transverse transfixion of long tunnel,firstly,the impact of angle surveying error,distance surveying error,azimuth error,and centering error were comprehensively analyzed in the process of plane control measurement inside and outside the tunnel,as well as in the transverse survey of the tunnel.Then,based on the analysis results of influencing factors,software requirements analysis,structural design,functional design,and business process design were carried out separately.And a set of transverse transfixion accuracy prediction simulation calculation software was designed using computer simulation methods,taking into account the influence of multi-source observation errors.By engineering validation,the software could obtain the expected results of transverse transfixion error under comprehensive influence,which could be applied to the design and optimization of tunnel plane control measurement schemes.
