Study on Economic Operation of the Main Machine on Railway Loading and Unloading Loop Line
At present,in the railway line loading station,two operation methods are generally adopted:main locomotive loading and shunting locomotive loading.When using this machine for loading and unloading operations,various reasons lead to long downtime at the locomotive station,resulting in low locomotive operation efficiency.Taking the coal loading station of Fengjiachuan Station of Xingxian-Baode Railway as an example,this paper studied the process,time and economy of the two operation modes.Firstly,the operation overview,station layout and line longitudinal section of the station were analyzed.At the same time,the station operation time of coal trains of different formation was compared.Because the station adopted the leading locomotive loading,the locomotive stays in the station for a long time and the utilization efficiency was low.Combined with the main operation process,locomotive performance,train layout and longitudinal section of the station,the feasibility of shunting locomotive replacing leading locomotive for loading operation was analyzed.The locomotive replacement operation was added to the original operation process,and the influence of shunting locomotive loading on station operation time and equipment configuration was analyzed.The results show that the use of shunting locomotive loading can greatly improve the efficiency of leading locomotive.Taking the Fengjiachuan Station as an example,after the station was equipped with a relocation,the allocation time was reduced by about 5 549 min every day.The distance traveled was reduced by 5 550 km of locomotives,and the number of locomotives was reduced by 9 units.Therefore,in the coal loading station with large traffic volume,it is suiTab.to use shunting locomotive loading.At the same time,the loading line is suggested not be electrified which could save construction costs.
