Research on Ground Surface Settlement Induced by Construction of Municipal Tunnel Undercrossing Multi-line Operating Railway—A Case Study of The Playground Street Tunnel Project of Zhengzhou Railway Station Area
The construction safety risk level of new tunnel undercrossing operating railway is high.The construction can easily lead to the deformation of the subgrade and track of the operating railway above,which affects the safety of trains.Based on the finite element numerical simulation,the Playground Street Tunnel Project of Zhengzhou Rail Transit was taken as an example,and the change of the subgrade subsidence of the operating railway caused by the construction of the new tunnel under rectangular pipe-jacking method and pipe roof undermining method was analyzed.A safe construction plan for the new tunnel undercrossing operating railway was proposed by comprehensive comparison of construction technology,construction progress,settlement control between the rectangular pipe-jacking method and pipe roof undermining method.The results show that the position with the largest subsidence is the railway directly above the tunnel and the subsidence of the railway on both sides of the tunnel center point is symmetrically distributed when the operating railway is orthogonal to the new tunnel.The maximum cumulative settlement value of rail under rectangular pipe jacking method is 5.6 mm,and the maximum cumulative settlement value of rail under tube curtain excavation method is 4.04 mm.Compared with the rectangular pipe jacking method,the new tunnel constructed by pipe roof tunneling method has less influence on the subsidence of the operating railway track.
