Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Cooperative Management of Prefabricated Construction
Prefabricated construction is a novel construction mode which involves intricate processes,so the collaborative management is crucial.Drawing from a prefabricated affordable housing project, this paper delved into the intricacies of collaborative management in prefabricated construction from three perspectives:design, factory production, and site construction. It highlighted challenges such as the suboptimal communication of information, leading to issues with collaboration and other related obstacles. To address these challenges, this paper presented an information sharing platform for prefabricated construction which based on BIM's public data environment(CDE).During the construction process, professionals from various fields, including architecture, structure, and electromechanics, could exchange data via REST API.Additionally, design, production, and construction entities could provide feedback on information. The platform laid the foundation for achieving professional and stage collaboration and offered measures and countermeasures to enhance design collaboration, production collaboration, and construction collaboration, including the application of the Design for Manufacturing and Assembly(DfMA)concept, intelligent production planning driven by information, and advanced tower crane location and operation planning based on the concept of forward design. These strategies aimed to enhance collaborative management in prefabricated construction. The results show that, these countermeasures can effectively reduce design rework, facilitate timely delivery of prefabricated components, and enhance lifting efficiency.
