基于无人机遥感和SAM的山区房屋提取研究

为了解决山地区域房屋信息难以高效准确提取的问题,以无人机遥感作为地理环境监测手段,采用新兴的人工智能与信息化技术,基于Segment Anything Model(SAM)进行房屋提取模型的构建,并在典型研究区进行房屋提取实验和结果分析,新方法在无人机遥感影像上CPA为 0.995 6,房屋IoU为0.861 1,非房屋IoU为0.995 4.研究表明,基于无人机遥感和SAM的山区房屋提取方法对于复杂地理环境具有较好的适应能力,能够有效挖掘房屋相关特征信息,提取的房屋具有形态完整、边缘准确的特点,可满足山区房屋信息获取相关要求.研究结果表明,该方法展现遥感技术和人工智能在山区治理相关工作应用潜力,能够为铁路线路选线、地质灾害防治提供新的信息化技术支持.
Research on the Extraction of House in Mountainous Area Based on UAV Remote Sensing and Segment Anything Large Model
In order to solve the application difficulties of house information extraction in mountainous areas efficiently and correctly,this paper used drone remote sensing as a geographical environment monitoring method,and adopted emerging artificial intelligence and information technology to construct house extraction model based on the Segment Anything artificial intelligence large model.An efficient and accurate method for extracting information on houses in mountainous areas was developed,and experiments and result analysis on house extraction in typical research areas was conducted.The final extraction method was applied to unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing images with a CPA of 0.995 6,house IoU of 0.861 1,and non-house IoU of 0.995 4.The experimental results show that,the mountain house extraction method based on drone remote sensing and Segment Anything large model has good analysis and adaptability to complex geographical environments,and can effectively mine the relevant feature information of houses.The extracted houses have the characteristics of complete morphology and accurate edges,meeting the requirements for obtaining information on mountain houses.The method demonstrates the potential application of remote sensing technology and artificial intelligence in mountain area governance,and provides new information technology support for railway route selection and prevention and control of geological disaster.
