Research and Application of Comprehensive Inspection Technology for Operating Metro Based on Multi-source Data
To address the issues of low detection efficiency and accuracy in traditional subway operation and maintenance, researchers developed a comprehensive tunnel inspection technology based on inertial navigation,3D laser scanning, and high-definition cameras. The technology included three main aspects of inspection:the track geometric state was detected using inertial relative measurement to measure track gauge, level, alignment, elevation, and triangle pits. The tunnel geometric state was detected using mobile 3D laser scanning to detect tunnel deformation and misalignment of segmental linings. The tunnel surface defect inspection was conducted using high-definition cameras for rotating scan to detect tunnel cracks, water leakage, etc.Studies showed that using these three new detection technologies for comprehensive inspections of operational subways, the speed of track geometric state detection was 3 km/h,tunnel geometric state detection was 3 km/h,and tunnel surface defect detection was 2.5 km/h.After the tests were completed, manual verification checks were performed on the detection results, which demonstrated that the detection accuracy and completeness met the requirements for subway operation and maintenance.Compared to traditional manual inspection methods, the use of these new detection technologies can improve the detection efficiency and technical level of subway operation and maintenance.
