摘要

为提升铁路工务设备养护管理的技术内涵和精细化水平,采用实景三维可视化、BIM和GIS技术构建三维WebGIS平台,并建立铁路工务设备 3DGIS可视化台账,以实现铁路工务数字孪生世界构建与病害问题的动态可视化维护.平台利用Cesium引擎将工务设备模型和铁路三维实景地理信息数据进行网络化调用,实现工务设施三维场景与设备养护信息化的协同管理,并通过设置设备养护检查周期,对生产检查任务进行自动提示和预警.研究表明,系统可为铁路一线工务部门搭建设"施治理-问题填报-信息可视化-整治维护-数据分析"全链条的三维GIS工务管理服务,有效提高铁路工务管理的信息化、智能化水平.

Abstract

To improve the technical connotation and refinement level of railway public works equipment maintenance management,a three-dimensional WebGIS platform was constructed using real 3D,BIM,and GIS technologies.With the 3DGIS ledger of railway public works established,the platform constructed a digital twin world of the railway labor and realized the dynamic visual maintenance of disease problems.The integrated engineering equipment model and railway 3D realistic geographic information data was networked and called in the platform with the help of the Cesium engine and the collaborative management of engineering facilitied 3D scene and equipment maintenance informatization was achieved.By setting equipment maintenance inspection cycles,automatic prompts and warnings were provided for production inspection tasks.The system could build a three-dimensional GIS public works management service for the whole chain of facility governance,problem filling,information visualization,rectification and maintenance,data analysis for the railway front-line public works departments,which can effectively improve the informatization and intelligence level of railway public works management.
