城际铁路桥梁上跨闸站安全影响评估分析

新建城际铁路采用桥梁方案跨越在建火烧潘闸站,为确保闸站在城际铁路桥梁施工、运营期间的安全,需分析闸站运营、维护作业对城际铁路桥梁的影响,对城际铁路桥梁上跨闸站进行安全影响评估.首先采用经验分析法、风险交流法和专家调查法,定性识别城际铁路桥梁、闸站在施工、运营期间的风险源,并结合规范确定评估标准,确定城际铁路桥墩控制值水平变形为 2 mm,均匀沉降为 20 mm,沉降差为10 mm,闸站控制值基础水平变形为 5 mm,均匀沉降 150 mm,沉降差为 50 mm;然后采用有限元数值仿真定量分析城际铁路桥梁基坑开挖、主体结构施工、列车运营对闸站结构竖向、水平变形影响,以及闸站运营、河道淤积及清淤对城际铁路桥梁结构竖向、水平变形影响,计算结果表明,变形均在控制范围内.
Safely Impact Assessment and Analysis of Intercity Railway Bridges Overpassing Gate Station
The newly built intercity railway from Nantong Suzhou to Huzhou overpassing ongoing Huoshaopan Gate Station adopts a bridge scheme.To ensure safety of gate station during construction and operation of intercity railway bridges,as well as gate station operation and maintenance impacts on the intercity railway bridges,a safety impact assessment of intercity railway bridges overpassing gate station was conducted,with analyzing deformation of gate station and intercity railway bridges.Firstly,empirical analysis method,risk exchange method and expert investigation method were used to investigate qualitative identification of risk source during intercity railway bridges,gate station construction and operation,and determining evaluation criteria based on specifications.It was determined that the horizontal deformation of the control value of the bridge pier was 2 mm,the uniform settlement was 20 mm,and the settlement difference was 10 mm.The horizontal deformation of the control value foundation of the gate station was 5 mm,the uniform settlement was 150 mm,and the settlement difference was 50 mm.Then,the finite element numerical simulation was used to quantitatively analyze impact of excavation of foundation pits for intercity railway bridges,main structures construction,and train operation on the vertical and horizontal deformation of gate station structure,Gate station operation,river sedimentation,and dredging impact on vertical and horizontal deformation of intercity railway bridge structures,intercity railways operating load case combining with changes in river water level impacts on gate station,and other load cases.The calculation results show that the deformation is within the control range.
