Design and Development of 50 kg/m Steel Rail No.9 Turnout in Suburban Railway Underground Parking Lot
The ballastless track bed of the underground parking lot of the suburban railway adopts 50 kg/m steel rail No.9 turnout. There are no mature products currently,so it is necessary to develop 50 kg/m steel rail No.9 turnout that can be used for ballastless track bed.Firstly, through research and summary of the research results on turnout technology in China Railway and urban rail transit, the design principles for the development of turnout were reasonably determined. The design of turnout plane alignment, key parameter calculation, switch rail pulling force calculation, switch structure design, and frog structure design were carried out,and verified through trial production and trial laying. The results show that:(1)The switch rails are equipped with one traction point and one adjustable connecting rod, effectively reducing the maintenance and repair workload of electrical and engineering services.(2)The power transmission mechanism at the end of the switch adopts a limiter structure, and the frog is designed to be extended to meet the conditions for laying seamless tracks. The switch is equipped with a roller wheel sliding bed plate, which adopts an elastic clamping and pressing structure to reduce the pulling force of the switch rail and ensure stable clamping and pressing. The installation of the anti-jump limit devices at intervals ensures the stability of the switch rails.(3)Adopting separate adjustable fasteners help maintain track gauge and height adjustment functions.Using truss type concrete switch sleepers help the switch sleepers well connected to the track bed and the switch sleeper has reserved construction positioning holes for easy construction. The research results can provide reference for similar engineering and research.
