车载移动测量技术在既有铁路横断面测量中的应用

为了解决既有线横断面测量中传统单点测量手段时面临的测量效率低、人员上线作业安全隐患大等问题,采用车载移动测量技术开展既有铁路横断面测量应用研究,从采集设备、数据采集、数据解算3 个方面介绍技术应用的流程与方法.基于该技术快速采集的铁路沿线全断面LiDAR点云,提出一种基于POS轨迹线引导和两步ICP配准的钢轨模型重建和线路中心线提取方法,在此基础上设计了断面点云分割和属性点自动推算的数据处理方法,实现了既有线横断面测量成果的快速批量制作.结合某铁路增建二线工程开展应用,结果表明:采用该方法高程精度为 19.2 mm,距离精度为 16.1 mm,满足改建铁路工程测量规范要求,并且可以有效提升既有线横断面测量效率,大幅减少上线作业量,改变铁路横断面测量主要依靠人工的现状,为既有铁路横断面快速测量提供技术支撑和安全保障.
Application of Vehicle-mounted Mobile Measurement Technology in Cross Section Measurement of Existing Railways
In order to solve the problems of low measurement efficiency and high safety risks of personnel working on the line faced by the traditional single-point measurement means in the cross-section measurement of existing lines,vehicle-mounted mobile measurement technology was adopted to carry out the application research of cross-section measurement of existing railroads,and the process and method of technology application were introduced from three aspects:acquisition equipment,data acquisition and data solving.Based on the LiDAR point cloud of the whole section along the railroad line rapidly collected by the technology,the rail model reconstruction and route center extraction method with POS trajectory line guidance and two-step ICP alignment was proposed,and on this basis,the data processing method of section point cloud segmentation and attribute point automatic calculation was designed,which realized the rapid batch production of the results of the cross-sectional measurement of the existing railway lines.Combined with the application of a railroad project to build a second line,the results show that:the elevation accuracy is 19.2 mm,distance accuracy is 16.1 mm,which meet the specification requirements of the reconstruction of railroad engineering measurement.The method can effectively improve the efficiency of the existing line cross-section measurement,significantly reduce the amount of on-line work,and change the status that railroad cross-section measurement mainly depends on the manpower,which provides technical support and safety guarantee for the existing railroad cross-section fast measurement.
