The Method of Single Side CPⅢ Multi-Point Stationing for INS Rail Detector
In the railway with only one side CPⅢ,the continuous CPⅢ points are almost on the same straight line in the three-dimensional space, the accuracy of multi-point measurement stationing by INS rail detector become very unreliable.Aiming to solve this problem by using the method of measuring the rolling angle of INS to correct the rotation matrix from the station coordinate system to CPⅢ coordinate system, the INS rail detector was used for multi-point measurement and high-precision station setting in unilateral CPⅢ railway. The method of correcting the rotation matrix from the station coordinate system to the CPⅢ coordinate system by using the measured roll angle of the INS rail detector was demonstrated in principle, and it theoretically proved that high-precision station setting could be achieved by using the roll angle correction coordinate system for single side CPⅢ multi-point measurement of the INS rail. The correctness and feasibility of the method was proven through data verification.Research show that, the conventional station setting accuracy using four CPⅢ points on one side is usually greater than 10 mm,which is difficult to meet measurement needs. However,in the same situation, the station plane and elevation accuracy using this method are both less than 2.5 mm.The station setting accuracy of the method is related to the distance from the total station to CPⅢ and the number of CPⅢ points. It is generally recommended to use 6 CPⅢ points for station setting measurement in practical applications to ensure that the station setting accuracy meets the requirements of less than 1 mm in the plane and less than 1.5 mm in the elevation.
