实景三维技术在山区铁路防洪排查中的应用

针对山区铁路防洪隐患基础数据不全面、防洪工点隐患排查难度大等难题,提出一种基于高精度倾斜摄影测量实景三维建模技术的铁路防洪隐患排查技术方案,建立高精度倾斜摄影测量实景三维建模流程与模型优化方法,系统总结实景三维技术在铁路防洪工作中的具体应用场景.在南方某铁路开展的实景三维防洪隐患排查应用实践表明,实景三维技术可以为防洪隐患排查提供全要素、立体的地理信息,满足防洪工点全局概览宏观信息和局部详查细节特征的信息获取,解决山区艰险地段人工排查有盲区等难题.研究结果表明,采用该技术可大幅度提高隐患排查效率,同时隐患识别准确度可达到95%以上,显著提升防洪隐患排查的全面性和精准性.
Application of Real Scene 3D Technology in Flood Control Investigation of Mountain Railway
In view of the problems including incomplete basic data of flood control hazards of mountainous railway and difficulty of flood control site hidden hazards investigation,a technical scheme of railway flood control hidden hazards investigation based on high-precision oblique photogrammetry real 3D modeling technology was proposed,and a high-precision oblique photogrammetry real 3D modeling process and model optimization method were established.The practical application scenarios of 3D technology in railway flood control were summarized systematically.The application practice of real 3D flood control hidden danger investigation carried out in a railway in southern China shows that the real 3D technology can provide full elements and three-dimensional geographic information for flood control hidden danger investigation,meet the global overview of macro information and local detailed characteristics of flood control works to obtain information,and solve the difficult problems,such as manual inspection of blind areas in mountainous areas.The research results show that,the adoption of the technology can greatly improve the efficiency of hidden danger detection,and the accuracy of hidden danger identification can reach more than 95%,which significantly improves the comprehensiveness and accuracy of flood control hidden danger detection.
