Research on Comprehensive Survey Technology for Heavy-duty Railway Passing through the Goaf of Old Kiln
Due to the limitations of multiple control points in the surrounding area,a small radius curve renovation project of a heavy-duty railway inevitably passes through the goaf of old kiln.In order to determine the distribution of coal seam mining and the impact range of collapse, and evaluate its impact on railway engineering, comprehensive exploration methods such as data collection and analysis of goaf, regional geological mapping, engineering geophysical exploration(transient electromagnetic, micro motion,high-density electrical method, borehole television),and drilling verification were adopted to comprehensively identify the distribution boundaries and elevations of goaf.Reasonable geotechnical parameters were determined through relevant specifications and surrounding engineering experience.Research shows that, the 2#coal seam is generally within the elevation range of 1 530~1 546 m,with a recovery rate of 50%~60%.The 5#coal seam is basically within the elevation range of 1 480~1 506 m,with a recovery rate of about 40%.The goaf of the coal seam is basically within these two elevation ranges, and there are obvious signs of mining residues and collapse zones. The proposed tunnel passes through the goaf of the 2#coal seam and crosses over the goaf of the 5#coal seam, making it difficult to avoid the line positions. The goaf of the coal mine is generally in a stable state, but there are some unstable states in some areas, which will cause significant harm to the proposed heavy-duty railway.Corresponding engineering treatment measures must be taken.
