Field Test Study of h-type Sheet-pile Wall in Steep Slope Subgrade
On the background of the application site of h-type pile plate wall of Hangzhou-Huangshan High-speed Railway, due to the influence of terrain and surrounding environment, the cantilever section length of the support structure needs to be greater than 13 m.This paper proposed the retaining design scheme of h-type sheet-pile wall, and selected a representative section to carry out the field test study, tests the soil pressure, reinforcement stress and horizontal displacement of the structure. The internal force distribution law of the structure was studied. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the measured earth pressure distribution map of the main pile, the earth pressure at the upper part of the beam is obviously greater than that at the lower part, which indicates that the bearing plate on the beam has a significant unloading effect.(2)The stress of the steel bars at each test position of the structure is far less than the design strength of the steel bars, which proves that the design is safe and reliable.(3)Through the method of actually calculating the anchoring surface position by measuring the reinforcement stress,it can be concluded that when the anchoring section is strongly weathered by the bedrock, the anchoring surface position of the main pile is determined by the width of the covering layer before the pile 2~3 m.(4)The horizontal displacement of each test section is very small.During the test of each test section, the horizontal position of the top of the main pile is 2~6 mm,which verifies that the structure has a strong lateral stiffness.
