铁路主要技术标准决定项目的运输能力和效率,对项目投资、工程实施难度有直接影响,文山至蒙自铁路沿线地形地势复杂,其主要技术标准的选择对项目建设及经济效益有着至关重要的影响.本研究以项目功能定位为前提,客货运需求为基础,结合相邻线技术标准,重点对正线数目、旅客列车设计速度、动车组及机车类型、限制坡度及牵引质量进行研究.采用定量计算方法比较不同正线数目、设计速度的工程投资差异;从运行时分、线路适应性、政策要求等多方面选择动车组类型;采用图解法和扣除系数法计算通过能力;结合国铁现行政策,铺画基于"动货不见面"的列车运行图.基于本线运输组织方案与相邻线适应性,对各方案工程实施难度、投资及换算工程运营费等进行多维度比选,最终推荐文蒙铁路技术标准为:Ⅰ级、双线、160 km/h、24‰、3 000 t.
The Selection of Main Technical Standards for Wenshan-Mengzi Railway
The main technical standards of railway determine the transport capacity and efficiency of the project,and have a direct impact on project investment and project implementation difficulty.The terrain along the railway from Wenshan to Mengzi is complex,and the selection of the main technical standards plays a crucial role in project construction and economic benefits.According to the functional orientation of the project,the research was done based on the passenger and freight demand,the technical standards of adjacent lines,the number of main lines,the design speed of passenger trains,the types of EMU and locomotive,the limiting gradient and the tractive tonnage.The quantitative calculation method was used to compare the differences in engineering investment of different number of main lines and design speed.The EMU type was selected from the running time,line adaptability policy requirements and other aspects.The graphic method and the deduction coefficient method were used to calculate the passing capacity.Combined with the current policy of China Railway,the train running diagram based on"EMU and freight trains operate at different time without meeting each other"was drawn.For different limited slope schemes,the transportation organization scheme of the line was put forward,the adaptability of the line was analyzed,and the implementation difficulty,investment and conversion project operating cost of each scheme were compared in a multi-dimensional way.The research recommends the technical standards of Wenshen-Mengzi Railway as follows:grade Ⅰ,double lines,160 km/h,24‰and 3 000 t.
