为解决常规中小跨径钢-混组合梁BIM模型难以适应空间曲线变化的难点,依托明村至董家口公路工程中的55m钢-混组合梁,基于"骨架-模板"的建模思想,借助Dassault 3D EXPERIENCE的Engineering Temple 功能模块和内嵌 EKL 语言,从骨架、模板及实例化三个方面对 Dassault 3D EXPERIENCE在钢-混组合梁建模中的应用进行研究,探索出一种参数化智能建模技术路线.研究表明,EKL语言与软件二次开发功能实现构件的批量实例化,验证"骨架-模板"建模方法在桥梁工程中的适用性和通用性.这种建模方法符合设计习惯,可实现骨架线修改后模型联动修改,随时调整细部构造,提高钢结构桥梁的BIM设计效率.研究结果表明,基于该模型进行碰撞检查、方案优化、可视化交底、施工工艺模拟等BIM技术应用,可减少设计变更,提升设计服务水平,缩短工期,保障项目的顺利推进.
Application of Dassault 3D EXPERIENCE in BIM Modeling of Highway Steel-Concrete Composite Girder
This paper aims at solving the difficulty of adapting the BIM model of conventional small and medium-span steel-concrete composite girder to change in spatial curves.Based on a 55 m steel-concrete composite girder in the Mingcun to Dongjiakou highway project and the modeling concept of"skeleton-template",and the help of the Engineering Template functional module and embedded EKL language of Dassault 3D EXPERIENCE,the paper conducted research on the application of Dassault 3D EXPRESSERENCE in the modeling of steel-concrete composite girder from three aspects:skeleton,template,and instantiation.A parameterized intelligent modeling technology route was explored.The study shows that the EKL language and the secondary development function of the software realize the batch instantiation of components,which verifies the applicability and universality of the"skeleton-template"modeling method in bridge engineering.Conforming to design habits,this modeling method can achieve model linkage modification after skeleton line modification,adjust detailed construction at any time,improve the BIM design efficiency of steel structure bridges.The results show that,the application of BIM technology based on the model for collision inspection,scheme optimization,visual disclosure,construction process simulation and other BIM technology applications can reduce design changes,improve the level of design services,shorten construction periods,and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
