Study On Deformation Law of Rigid Pipeline Induced By Metro Deep Foundation Pit Construction
In order to study the deformation law of adjacent rigid pipelines induced by subway deep foundation pit construction in the floodplain area of the Yangtze River, taking the foundation pit project of a station on Nanjing Metro Line 9 as the background, through the analysis of measured data and combined with numerical simulation, the general law of pipeline deformation was studied, the spatial effect distribution of pipeline deformation was explored, and the factors affecting pipeline deformation were analyzed. It provides a reference for the deformation control and protection of pipelines in practical engineering. The study shows that:(1)In terms of time, the deformation of the pipeline has gone through three stages. In the construction stage of the ground connecting wall, the deformation of the pipeline is small,in the crown and beam construction stage, the deformation rate of the pipeline is accelerated, and in the earthwork excavation stage, the pipeline deformation develops further, and the deformation accounts for more than 70%of the total deformation.(2)Considering the vertical and lateral deformation of the pipeline comprehensively, the area with strong spatial effect of pipeline deformation is within the range of 0.3L(L is the length of the foundation pit),and the curvature of the pipeline in the area is increasing, which is more prone to failure.(3)The deformation of pipeline is not sensitive to the change of pipeline material, the vertical deformation of pipeline is greatly affected by L/H(H is the depth of foundation pit excavation),while the lateral deformation of pipeline is more sensitive to h/H(h is the buried depth of pipeline).
