摘要

为整治处理某高铁A隧道斜井挑顶溜塌的施工问题,分析斜井挑顶影响段具体工况及溜塌原因,形成斜井挑顶影响段的差异化设计与施工方案:(1)大里程正洞施工时,导洞立柱拆除前,应沿岩层倾向的对向施工超前小导管,且长度L≥Hsin34°/sin(56°-a)+1;(2)溜塌段处理应通过小导洞向小里程开挖,完成管棚工作室;完成超前管棚支护后,再进行正洞大里程施工;(3)正洞大里程采用Ⅴa型支护,小里程采用Ⅳb型支护.通过在同一套地层中采用差异化的设计施工参数,提高方案技术经济性,同时解决斜井挑顶溜塌段的施工安全问题.

Abstract

To address the construction difficulties of inclined shaft top picking collapse in tunnel A of a high speed railway,this paper analyzes the specific working conditions and collapse causes of the inclined shaft top picking affected section,and forms a differentiated design and construction scheme for the inclined shaft top picking affected section:(1)During large-mileage construction of the main tunnel,before removal of pilot tunnel columns,advanced small conduits shall be constructed along the opposite direction of rock stratum inclination,with length L≥Hsin34°/sin(56°-a)+1;(2)The collapse section shall be treated by excavation from small pilot tunnel to small mileage to complete the pipe shed workshop;after the advanced pipe shed support is completed,the large-mileage construction of the main tunnel shall be carried out;(3)Ⅴa-type support is adopted for large mileage of main tunnel,and Ⅳb-type support is adopted for small mileage.By using differentiated design and construction parameters in the same stratum,this paper improves the technical economy of the scheme and solves the construction safety problem of the inclined shaft top picking collapse section.
