隧道排水系统结晶堵塞机理及处置技术

隧道排水管结晶堵塞病害已成为影响隧道支护结构安全性的重要因素,为解决隧道排水盲管结晶堵塞问题,需要深入探究隧道排水管结晶堵塞的机理及原因.综合梳理国内外学者对隧道排水管结晶堵塞机理的分析,系统总结排水盲管内外因素对结晶堵塞的影响程度和影响规律,并提出了隧道排水盲管结晶堵塞研究中存在的不足.研究发现:岩溶地区结晶物的成分来源于可溶性围岩,非岩溶地区的结晶物则来源于喷射混凝土;结晶物的主要成分为碳酸钙;影响结晶物生成与堆积的因素可分为内因和外因2大类,并展望下一步研究需要注意的问题.
Mechanism and Treatment Technology of Crystallization Blockage in Tunnel Drainage System
The crystallization blockage defect of tunnel drainage pipe has become a main factor affecting the safety of tunnel support structure.To solve the problem of crystallization blockage in tunnel drainage blind pipe,it is necessary to deeply investigate the mechanism and causes of crystallization blockage in tunnel drainage pipe.This paper comprehensively reviews the analysis of crystallization blockage mechanism of tunnel drainage pipe by scholars at home and abroad,systematically summarizes the influence degree and law of internal and external factors of drainage blind pipe on crystallization blockage,and puts forward the gaps in the study on crystallization blockage of tunnel drainage blind pipe.It is found that the components of crystals in karst areas come from soluble surrounding rocks,while those in non-karst areas come from shotcrete.The main component of crystals is calcium carbonate.The factors affecting the formation and accumulation of crystals can be classified in two categories:internal factors and external factors,and the problems to be highlighted in the next study are proposed.
