Research on Controlled Blasting Technology for HSR Tunnel in Gently Dipping Rock Stratum
To solve the problem of difficulty in forming layered surrounding rock tunnel caused by blasting excavation,taking the Gently Dipping Layered Yijun Tunnel Project of Xi'an-Yan'an HSR as the study background,this paper analyzes the problems such as overbreak and underbreak of tunnel profile after blasting scheme.This paper uses ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software for numerical simulation of smooth blasting forming control of gently dipping layered surrounding rock tunnel,analyzes the damage of tunnel surrounding rock,and puts forward optimization measures for smooth blasting parameters.By changing the layout form and parameters of blastholes,the effect of tunnel overbreak and underbreak can be effectively improved,and the quality of tunnel excavation can be improved.
