秦岭马白山硬岩隧道快速施工安全步距研究

摘要
秦岭马白山隧道属于双洞单线隧道,隧道洞身主要为燕山期花岗岩,粗粒花岗结构,块状构造,以Ⅱ、Ⅲ级围岩为主,属硬质岩体.为满足硬岩隧道快速施工要求,有效组织实施各工序,考虑马白山隧道施工现场实际作业工装配置和作业空间需求,通过现场监测试验,提出满足全断面开挖及相应支护条件下的长距离安全步距,实现硬岩隧道快速施工.该研究可为类似硬岩隧道施工提供借鉴.
Abstract
Mabaishan Tunnel is a double-tube single-track tunnel located in the area of Qinling Mountains.The tunnel is mainly composed of Yanshanian granite,with coarse-grained granitic texture and massive structure,mainly Class Ⅱ and Ⅲ surrounding rocks,belonging to hard rock mass.Considering the toolkit configuration and the workspace requirements at the Mabaishan Tunnel construction site,this paper proposes a long-distance safety step distance based on on-site tests,which is suitable for full-face excavation and corresponding support conditions.This ensures the rapid construction of hard rock tunnels and efficient organization and implementation of various work processes.The study can provide reference for the construction of similar hard rock tunnels.
