摘要

混凝土作为高铁桥梁、隧道、轨道等工程的重要建筑材料,为提升其品质,提高混凝土拌和站管理水平,综合利用云计算、大数据、物联网、5G等先进的信息化技术,构建智能拌和站综合管控系统.介绍系统架构,总结系统业务流程及数据流程,通过系统搭建面向工业互联网的信息综合管理平台、优化基于机械自动化技术的混凝土拌和站生产线、实现混凝土生产浇筑各环节-各部门无缝链接.通过分析传统拌和站存在的问题,基于综合管控系统,从现场料仓布局、原材把控、试验检测流程和生产过程等方面提出智能拌和站优化方案,进一步提升铁路混凝土拌和站管控水平.

Abstract

Concrete is an important building material for high speed railway bridge,tunnel,track and other projects.To improve its quality and the management of concrete mixing plants,advanced information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,IoT and 5G are utilized to build an integrated management and control system for intelligent mixing plants.This paper introduces the system architecture,summarizes the business process and data flow of the system,builds an integrated information management platform oriented to industrial Internet based on the system,optimizes the production line of concrete mixing plant based on mechanical automation technology,and realizes the seamless connection among various departments in all links of concrete production and pouring.By analyzing the problems existing in traditional mixing plant and based on the integrated management and control system,this paper puts forward an optimization scheme for intelligent mixing plants from the aspects of on-site silo layout,raw material control,test and detection process and production process,so as to further improve the management and control of railway concrete mixing plant.
