摘要
以BIM为核心的数字化建造技术在铁路工程领域应用越来越广泛,结合西延高铁项目,实际调研施工现场疑难点和需求,开展BIM技术应用路线研究并研发西延高铁建造数字化平台.平台按照规范化和标准化、构件化和模块化、开放性和可扩展性的原则进行设计,采用主流MVC模式进行开发.西延高铁工程分标段进行管理,研发平台包括标段管理、单位管理、工点管理、角色管理、用户管理和模型变更等功能,采用可视化手段,生动、直观地展示工程痛点,有效指导施工作业,提高现场工作效率和工程建设质量.通过平台研发和工程实践相结合的方式开展BIM技术应用,既支撑了西延高铁项目建设,也为高速铁路数字化建造提供了新的参考.
Abstract
The digital construction technology with BIM as the core is increasingly applied in the field of railway engineering.In combination with Xi'an-Yan'an HSR Project,this paper actually investigates the difficulties and needs on the construction site,studies the application route of BIM technology,and develops a digital platform for the construction of Xi'an-Yan'an HSR.The platform is designed according to the principles of normalization and standardization,componentization and modularization,openness and expandability,and developed in mainstream MVC mode.Xi'an-Yan'an HSR Project is managed in sections.The R&D platform includes functions such as section management,unit management,worksite management,role management,user management and model change.Visualization means are used to vividly and intuitively display the pain points of the project,effectively guide construction operation,and improve on-site work efficiency and engineering construction quality.The application of BIM technology through the combination of platform R&D and engineering practice not only supports the construction of Xi'an-Yan'an HSR Project,but also provides a new reference for the digital construction of HSR.
