摘要
随着数字技术与铁路建设项目的交互融合发展,传统单一的档案实体管理方式已不再满足铁路建设项目档案管理的需求.采用文献分析的方法,通过对现有铁路建设项目档案管理情况进行调研,分析铁路建设项目数字档案系统构建的必要性与可行性,提出数字档案系统构建方案.研究数字档案系统的功能结构、数据架构以及总体部署,探讨数字档案系统在积极推动传统纸质档案与原生电子档案一体化管理方面的优势,总结数字档案系统在铁路建设项目档案管理方面的作用,为铁路建设项目档案管理工作数字化转型升级提供参考和指导.
Abstract
With the interactive and integrated development of digital technology and railway construction projects,the traditional single archive entity management mode is no longer suitable for the needs of railway construction project archives management.Through literature analysis and research on the archives management of existing railway construction projects,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building a digital archives system for railway construction projects and puts forward a scheme to build a digital archives system.This paper studies the functional structure,data architecture and overall deployment of digital archives system,discusses the advantages of digital archives system in actively promoting the integrated management of traditional paper archives and original electronic archives,summarizes the role of digital archives system in railway construction project archives management,and provides reference and guidance for the digital transformation and upgrading of railway construction project archives management.
