BIM技术在铁路站区一体化设计中的应用

铁路站区一体化是指从资源共享、景观协调的角度出发,将铁路车站与周边铁路相关建筑工程、区域整合,形成一个综合性的站区工程.为更好地展现站区工程之间的接口关系,及时发现碰撞问题,提出将BIM技术应用到站区一体化全过程设计,利用虚拟仿真的技术研究方法,对工程涉及到的多专业要素进行统一协同管理,避免因设计变更引起返工和浪费,在支持可持续优化设计、提高设计效率等方面发挥了重要作用.通过项目实践,验证了该技术方案的可行性和完善性.
Application of BIM Technology in Integrated Design of Railway Station Area
The railway station area integration refers to the integration of railway stations with surrounding railway-related construction projects and areas from the perspective of resource sharing and landscape coordination,so as to form a comprehensive station area project.In order to better show the interface relationship between station projects and find collision problems in time,the paper proposes to use BIM technology in the whole process design of station integration.Virtual simulation is applied to realize unified and collaborative management of multi-discipline elements involved in the project,avoiding rework and waste caused by design changes.The BIM technology plays an important role in supporting sustainable optimal design and improving design efficiency.The feasibility and completeness of the technical solution are verified through project practices.
