Application of Railway Project Quality Management Based on Lightweight BIM Model
In view of the problems such as missing, lagging and non-standard contents of quality inspection data in railway project quality management,it is proposed to take the"first-time inspection pass rate"as an indicator to carry out hierarchical management.Lightweight BIM model-based quality inspection system is developed to decompose the structural parts of railway projects, form the minimum unit of quality management in combination with quality acceptance criteria, generate basic data sources for quality, progress and valuation management, drive the operation of lightweight BIM models by endorsement of inspection lots, and extend the results of quality management to progress and valuation management. The management control point of the Employer will be moved forward,so as to realize all-round and whole-process control of project quality with measurement and valuation as the starting point.Practices show that the proposed quality management scheme is effective and feasible, and the applied quality inspection system provides managers with visualized and intelligent means of quality management, which can provide a sound assurance for the high-quality development of the railway industry and has the promotion value.
