Application of BIM Technology in the Construction of Xining-Chengdu HSR(Gansu-Qinghai Section)
With the development and application of digital technologies such as BIM,the role of BIM in railway projects is increasingly prominent.Taking the Xining-Chengdu HSR(Gansu-Qinghai Section)as an example,the creation,integration and in-depth application of BIM and GIS models for the whole line and all disciplines are carried out to provide whole-process,multi-level and all-round support for construction management decision-making.The paper expounds the BIM application standards and the BIM application management platform for Xining-Chengdu HSR(Gansu-Qinghai Section)Project,and analyzes BIM application from the aspects of electronic sand table,progress management,requisition and demolition management,quality management and delivery coordination.The research shows that compared with traditional methods,BIM technology improves the level of sophisticated management for railway construction projects and helps to promote the systematic growth of intelligent railway construction.
