摘要

BIM正向设计是铁路设计企业进行数字化转型、开展信息化建设的重要抓手,有限元计算交互、正向出图、设计校审是BIM正向设计的重、难点.在铁路站房BIM正向设计中,由于其专业多、接口复杂,配合难度远大于民用建筑,有必要开展专业协同及设计流程的研究.依托凌海南站站房工程,进行BIM正向设计及应用探索,针对多专业协同设计、结构有限元计算、暖通负荷及水力计算、BIM正向出图、设计校审、工程量统计、管线综合及协同开洞、可视化应用等,提出铁路站房BIM正向设计解决方案.该应用可为相关铁路站房项目的BIM正向设计提供参考.

Abstract

BIM forward design is an important starting point for railway design enterprises to carry out digital transformation and informatization construction.Finite element calculation interaction,forward plotting and design verification are the key and difficult points in a BIM forward design.In the BIM forward design of railway station buildings,due to its multiple disciplines and complex interfaces,it is much more difficult to cooperate than civil buildings,so it is necessary to carry out research on discipline collaboration and design process.Taking the station building works of Linghainan Railway Station as an example,the exploration of BIM forward design and application are carried out.For multi-discipline collaborative design,structural finite element calculation,HVAC load and hydraulic calculation,BIM forward plotting,design verification,engineering quantity statistics,pipeline integration and collaborative opening,visual application,etc.,BIM forward design solutions for railway station buildings are proposed.This application can provide reference for BIM forward design of relevant railway station building works.
