摘要

南昌东站是京港、杭昌高铁线上重要的省会级枢纽客站,为中国铁路南昌局集团有限公司管内建筑规模最大的铁路客站,是地方经济发展的"新引擎"和城市"新地标".分析南昌东站创建精品工程建设管理工作的实践,系统介绍在项目建设组织、设计方案优化、地域文化融入、建维功能融合、施工科技创新、安全质量控制和服务运营功能等方面的成功做法,总结创建精品工程,必须发挥建设单位主导作用,秉持精益求精原则,发挥科技创新的引领作用以及坚持服务人民群众的宗旨,为高质量推进铁路建设,打造新时代客站精品工程做出有益探索和尝试.

Abstract

Nanchangdong Railway Station is an important provincial hub passenger station on Beijing-Hong Kong and Hangzhou-Nanchang HSR Lines.It is the railway passenger station with the largest construction scale under the administration of China Railway Nanchang Group Co.,Ltd.,as well as a"new engine"for local economic development and a"new landmark"for the city.This paper analyzes the construction management practice of creating high-quality project at Nanchangdong Railway Station,and systematically introduces the successful practices in project construction organization,design scheme optimization,regional culture integration,construction and maintenance function integration,construction technology innovation,safety quality control and service operation function.It summarizes that in creating high-quality projects,the construction unit must play the leading role,adhere to the principle of continuous improvement,give full play to the leading role of scientific and technological innovation,and adhere to the purpose of serving the people,so as to make beneficial explorations and attempts to promote railway construction with high quality and create high-quality passenger station projects in the new era.
