摘要
昌景黄铁路是我国首个代建管理模式下的工程总承包项目,通过充分发挥参加各方优势,可有效促进项目顺利实施,提升项目实施效率和质量.在工程总承包+代建管理模式下,以昌景黄铁路江西段站房工程建设为研究对象,梳理总结站房在设计阶段、施工阶段、建设阶段和市政配套工程建设方面的提前介入措施,实现站房装饰装修工程的标准化和精品化建设;对站房融入文化元素的思路、对装饰建造工匠的高标准要求和施工工艺技术的创新3个方面提出建设高品质站房的重要举措;详细阐述"重结构、轻装饰、简装修"的创新理念,总结推进站房建造、装修、装饰施工过程中的创新管理方法,为我国高铁站房工程建设高质量发展提供有益参考.
Abstract
Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan HSR is the first general contracting project under agent construction management mode in China.By giving full play to the advantages of all parties involved,it can effectively promote the smooth implementation of the project and improve its efficiency and quality.Under the general contracting+agent construction management mode,this paper takes the station building engineering construction in Jiangxi Section of Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan HSR as the study object,sorts out and summarizes the early intervention measures for station buildings in design stage,construction stage,building stage and municipal supporting works construction,and realizes the standardized and high-quality construction of decoration works of station buildings;puts forward important measures to build high-quality station buildings from three aspects:the idea of integrating cultural elements into the station buildings,the high standard requirements for decoration construction craftsmen and the innovation of construction technology;elaborates the innovative concept of"heavy structure,light decoration and simple decoration",and summarizes the innovative management methods in promoting the construction,decoration and fit-out of station buildings,so as to provide a useful reference for the high-quality development of high speed railway station building engineering construction in China.
