Research and Practice of Construction of Modern Hub Passenger Stations under the Concept of Station-City Integrations
Amidst the swift urban and railway advancements in China,large railway passenger stations have transitioned into the"fourth generation"era characterized by station-city integration.Drawing insights from the"modern railway infrastructure system"and the"Greater Bay Area on track"concepts,the station-city integration at Guangzhou Baiyun Railway Station sets a world-class model for passenger station clusters of high speed railways within the Greater Bay Area.Based on the case study on Guangzhou Baiyun Railway Station,this study delves into the exploration and implementation of station-city integration during the construction of station buildings of high speed railways in three aspects:"tailoring solutions to local conditions","efficient integration",and"integrated construction".Driven by innovation,the endeavor encompasses leveraging digital and intelligent tools to pioneer new quality productive forces suitable for station-city integration.This study offers insights for constructing modern hub passenger stations under the concept of station-city integration,thereby fostering the high-quality development of both stations and cities.
