随着现代化铁路客站建设标准以及室内环境舒适性需求的提升,大量中小型铁路客站能耗日益高涨.为贯彻落实中国国家铁路集团有限公司关于"碳达峰、碳中和"重大决策部署,推动铁路领域绿色健康可持续发展,深入研究铁路中小客站能源管理系统如何实现节能降耗及智能化运营成为客站建设急需解决的问题.根据铁路中小客站特点,开展用能特性及节能潜力研究,结合铁路高质量发展绿色节能需求及京津冀铁路建设实际,提出"一主站、多子站"的"1+N'"线路级机电设备管理系统架构,研究细化系统功能设置、软硬件配置、接口方案,提高了客站设备管理智能化水平、节能效率及旅客舒适度,助推中小型铁路客站向安全高效、绿色环保方向发展.
Research and Application of the Energy Management System for Small and Medium-sized Railway Passenger Stations
With high standards for construction of modem railway stations and increased requirements on indoor environment comfort,a surge in energy consumption is observed across numerous small and medium-sized railway passenger stations.To implement the major decisions made by China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.regarding"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"and to advance green,healthy and sustainable development of railway,it has become an urgent need for small and medium-sized passenger stations to realize energy saving and intelligent operation via energy management system.The research focuses on the energy consumption characteristics and energy saving potential of small and medium-sized railway passenger stations,considers railway quality and green development and construction practices in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and puts forward a"1+N"(one master station and multiple substations)electromechanical equipment management and control system architecture to study and refine system function setting,software and hardware configuration,and interface schemes.The study enhances intelligence level and energy efficiency of equipment management and control at passenger stations,improves passenger comfort,and facilitates development of small and medium-sized railway passenger stations in terms of safety,efficiency,and environmental protection.
