基于BIM技术的特大型铁路客站性能化分析

在计算机技术飞速发展的时代,BIM技术的应用优势为节能舒适性建筑发展带来了便捷.铁路客站作为典型大空间公共建筑,在我国各地蓬勃建设,站房本身的碳排放状况及其作为重要建筑的导向作用越来越受到社会关注.以BIM技术为基础,结合相关性能分析软件,依托特大型高铁客站西安东站,通过对总图布局下的站房室外风场环境分析、室内气流组织模拟,研究基于BIM技术的铁路客站性能化分析对站房设计方案的优化作用.结果表明,相对于传统设计方式,应用BIM技术对设计方案进行性能化分析,可实现站房功能优化、空间布局优化、能耗优化.该研究成果可为提高特大型铁路客站的功能性、舒适合理性和可持续性提供多方面指导.
Performance Analysis of Super-large Railway Passenger Stations Based on BIM Technology
In the era of rapid development of computer technology,the application advantages of BIM technology have brought convenience to the development of energy-saving and comfortable buildings.As typical large-space public buildings,railway passenger stations are flourishing in various parts of China.The carbon emission status of station buildings and their guiding role as important buildings have attracted more and more social attention.Based on BIM technology,in combination with Phoenics analysis software,and relying on Xi'andong Railway Station,a super-large HSR passenger station,this paper studies the optimization effect of performance analysis of railway passenger stations based on BIM technology on station building design schemes by analyzing the outdoor wind field environment and simulating indoor air distribution of station buildings under the general layout.The results show that,compared with traditional design methods,the application of BIM technology to performance analysis of design schemes can realize function optimization,spatial layout optimization and energy consumption optimization of station buildings.The study results can provide guidance in many aspects for improving the functionality,comfort rationality and sustainability of super-large railway passenger stations.
