摘要
随着我国多层次综合交通体系的不断完善,以铁路客站为核心的"三个一体化"是当前全新一代综合交通枢纽的主要特征之一.在站区规划和建筑设计中,"三个一体化"体现在"站场城一体化""规划建设一体化""运营管理一体化".以上海东站综合交通枢纽为例,从开发一体化、形象一体化、交通一体化、空铁一体化等方面探索站场城一体化设计策略;从枢纽核心区、客站主体及地方相关配套工程、铁路配套生产生活房屋等方面提出规划建设一体化设计方案;从安检互信模式、一体化管理服务、一体化运营等方面阐述运营管理一体化设计思路."三个一体化"设计策略强调以高起点进行规划、以高标准进行设计、以高水平实施建设,打造集高效便捷、生态绿色、数字智能于一体的升级版综合交通枢纽.
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of China's multi-level comprehensive transportation system,the"three integrations"with railway passenger stations as the core are taken as one of the main characteristics of the new generation of comprehensive transportation hubs.In the station area planning and architectural design,"three integrations"are embodied in"station-yard-city integration","planning-construction integration"and"operation-management integration".Taking Shanghaidong Railway Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub as an example,this paper explores the design strategy of station-yard-city integration from the aspects of development integration,image integration,traffic integration and airport-railway integration;puts forward the design scheme of planning-construction integration from the aspects of hub core area,main body of passenger station and relevant local supporting works,railway supporting production and living houses;expounds the design idea of operation-management integration from the aspects of mutual recognition in security inspection,integrated management service and integrated operation.The design strategy of"three integrations"emphasizes planning at a high starting point,designing with high standards and implementing construction with high levels to build an upgraded comprehensive transportation hub integrating efficiency,convenience,ecological greenness and digital intelligence.
