高空大跨度悬挑吊顶悬挂操作平台研制

针对新建福厦铁路泉州南站的高空大跨度站房悬挑檐口吊顶的施工空间有限问题,提出一种用来安装檐口铝板等悬挑构件吊顶的悬挂操作平台及施工工艺.与脚手架平台、高空曲臂作业车等传统高空平台相比,该悬挂操作平台适用性广,安装、拆卸方便,作业安全,平台安装轻便、工程量小,施工快捷;且整体性强,安全稳定,可提供良好的操作面,有利于施工质量控制,有效降低施工成本,尤其针对跨度大、结构高度高、传统施工平台受限的施工工况,经济及社会效用更高.
Development of a Suspended Operating Platform for Aerial Large-span Cantilevered Ceilings
Given the limited construction space for the aerial cantilevered cornice ceiling of a large-span station building in Quanzhounan Railway Station of the new Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway,this paper proposes a suspended operating platform and construction technology for installing cornice aluminum plate and other cantilevered ceiling components.Compared with traditional aerial platforms such as scaffolding platforms and aerial crank arm operation vehicles,the suspended operating platform has wide applicability,convenient installation and disassembly and safe operation,which is light and easy to install;moreover,it has strong integrity,safety and stability,can provide a good operation surface,is conducive to quality control of the construction,and can effectively reduce the construction cost.Especially under the construction conditions of a large span,high structural height and limited traditional construction platform,it has higher economic and social utility value.
