Space Optimization Design and Construction Techniques of Long-span Slow-bonded Prestressed Concrete Structure
In the new era,the construction of high speed railway(HSR)passenger stations prioritizes a people-centric approach, ensuring warmth and comfort in every aspect. This study focuses on optimizing waiting hall spaces on the first floor of small and medium-sized railway station buildings. It aims to overcome challenges such as trepanning in the sections of large-span slow-bonded prestressed concrete frame beams and comprehensively arranging pipes on ceilings.A"construction method for expanding the space of suspended ceilings of small and medium-sized HSR passenger stations"was independently developed through finite element analysis and test verification. The space optimization involved improving prestressed beam sections, leveraging BIM technology for comprehensive pipe arrangement, and using seismic supports and hangers.Additionally, regional cultural elements were thoroughly integrated into the decoration design according to the situation with and without suspended ceilings. These enhancements significantly improved the waiting spaces for passengers, elevating comfort levels while ensuring construction quality and safety.
