Research and Practice on O&M Integration of Building and Structure Equipment in Railway Passenger Stations
With the rapid development of railway construction in China,the number of building and structure equipment in railway passenger stations has increased year by year,and the inspection workload of building and structure equipment has continuously increased.The shortcomings and problems in maintenance management of building and structure equipment in railway passenger stations under the existing mode have gradually emerged.This paper actively explores the joint operation collaboration of O&M integration between building and structure and passenger transport system,gives full play to the post characteristics and personnel advantages of passenger transport personnel,and focuses on professional inspection by building and structure personnel,which is of great significance for improving the management efficiency of building and structure equipment.Based on the practice of O&M integration of building and structure equipment in passenger stations of China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper summarizes and analyzes the work objectives and practice schemes,expounds the existing problems and related countermeasures,and looks forward to the application effect and promotion value.This research can provide a reference for relevant O&M of railway passenger stations.
