针对天桥、连廊和高架站房组成的异形不等高钢结构体系整体跨铁路营业线施工难题,建立该结构体系的数值分析模型,对其顶推全过程进行模拟仿真分析,通过结构物关键部位的风洞试验,考虑极端温差、强风以及极端温差和强风耦合作用下,分析异形不等高结构体系整体跨营业线施工过程受力与变形情况.相应提出的施工方法能够满足异形不等高钢结构体系整体跨铁路营业线施工安全性要求.通过构建异形不等高钢结构体系整体跨越营业线施工风险监测预警系统,实现结构体系跨越营业线施工风险的定量评估和智能化预警.
Key Technology for Overall Incremental Launching of Steel Structure of the Super-Iarge Elevated Station Building Overpassing the Operational Line at Lushan Railway Station
To address the challenges in constructing the special-shaped unequal-height steel structure system composed of an over-bridge,a corridor,and an elevated station building,overpassing the operational railway line,a numerical analysis model was developed.This model was used to conduct a simulation analysis on the entire incremental launching process.Through wind tunnel tests on critical parts of the structure,taking into account factors like extreme temperature differences,high winds,and the combined effects of these conditions,the load bearing and deformation characteristics of the special-shaped unequal-height structural system overpassing the operational railway line during the construction are analyzed.The proposed construction approach can satisfy the safety requirements for the special-shaped unequal-height steel structure system overpassing the operational railway line.A monitoring and early warning system for construction risks of the special-shaped unequal-height steel structure system overpassing the operational line was established to implement quantitative assessment and intelligent early warning of construction risks of the structural system overpassing the operational line.
