Top Picking Construction Technology of Inclined Shaft Connection to Main Tunnel of Xiling Tunnel
In the construction of inclined shaft connection to main tunnel of high speed railway,it is usually from small section to large section,and there is a conversion of excavation section.Serious over-excavation of arch crown often occurs during construction,resulting in large load of primary support.It is necessary to optimize the stress of primary support structure through reasonable arrangement of primary support arch frame.Based on the top picking construction practice of 1#inclined shaft of Xiling Tunnel on Xi'an-Shiyan HSR and in combination with model stress analysis,this paper expounds reasonable top picking construction control technology and refines key points of safe construction technology from aspects such as blasting control of cyclic excavation,structural design of arch frame stress transmission and key point control of arch frame installation.On the basis of combining theory with practice,this paper further improves the safety risk control level of top picking construction operations,which is conducive to reducing the probability of safety accidents at high-risk working points and processes in high speed railway construction.
