Construction and Application of Intelligent Mixing Station for HSR Project
Concrete works are a vital component of HSR construction,and strengthening the management of concrete production is essential for ensuring the overall quality of HSR projects.In response to the major factors affecting concrete quality in the past,by adjusting the production layout of the mixing station,establishing an information system for the mixing station,and optimizing the production operation mode,this paper integrates and consolidates information from various departments involved in concrete production,such as construction,materials,testing and supervision,closely focuses on monitoring the entire process of concrete raw material mobilization,testing,warehousing,production,transportation and acceptance.It emphasizes quality management,standardizes production processes,enables real-time comprehensive control,utilizes intelligent analysis of production data,and ensures traceability of the production process,thereby guaranteeing the stability and reliability of concrete quality and performance.The intelligent mixing station management system for Lot VI of Xi'an-Ankang HSR utilizes cloud computing,big data,the Internet of Things(IoT),and 5G technology to focus on managing the concrete production process and ensuring stringent quality control of concrete.It establishes an interconnected and collaborative ecosystem for construction projects that promotes intelligent production and scientific management.Additionally,the system conducts data mining and analysis of the engineering information collected through the IoT,facilitating visualized intelligent management of construction activities and continuously improving the management level of HSR construction projects.
