随着中国企业越来越多地参与建设海外铁路项目,铁路建设项目如何合规交付,成为中国铁路建设企业"走出去"需要迫切解决的问题.阐述欧洲互联互通结构性领域和功能性领域各系统的要求,以及符合性认证的基本要求;从中国和海外铁路项目的建设模式、联调联试模式出发,分析中外铁路信号系统交付测试的差异;以匈塞铁路CCS子系统的测试和认证实践为例,论述CCS子系统交付测试的内容、方法,以及测试对互联互通认证的支持,从而提出国内外交付测试工作可以互相借鉴的内容,以及测试工作应对后续工作开展支持,可为相关海外铁路项目提供参考.
Interoperability Test and Certification of European Railway CCS Subsystem and Application in Hungary-Serbia Railway
With more and more Chinese enterprises participating in the construction of overseas railway projects,how to deliver railway construction projects in compliance with regulations has become an urgent problem for China's railway construction enterprises to"go global".This paper expounds the requirements for each system in the structural and functional areas of European interoperability,as well as the essential requirements for conformity certification;analyzes the differences in delivery tests of railway signal systems at home and abroad based on the construction mode and integrated commissioning&test mode of Chinese and overseas railway projects;and discusses the contents and methods of delivery test of CCS subsystem and the support of test for interoperability certification with the test and certification practice of CCS subsystem of Hungary-Serbia Railway as an example,thus proposing the contents that can be learned reciprocally in domestic and foreign delivery test work and the support of test for follow-up work,which can provide a reference for relevant overseas railway projects.
